DART first: every KRX issuer with its DART corporation code, filings in Korean, auditor and opinion as structured facts for AI agents.

Korea is built on DART, the FSS electronic disclosure system: the corporation code list gives the DART code per issuer, the filing list per code gives 144661 dated disclosure events over the trailing twelve months, and the auditor endpoint gives the audit firm, its opinion and the settlement date as structured fields rather than a reading. 2802 issuer records come from the KIND download of the KRX list (KOSPI, KOSDAQ, KONEX), the business registration number joined to GLEIF (registration authority RA000657) for the LEI. Report names are carried in Korean as published and typed by name. Forty-three KIND lines share a code with another line and are flagged, not merged. DART is capped at 20,000 calls a day, so sweeps are paced. Stored and served from Korea Central.
